Night on River Street

This is the view tonight from our room in Savannah!

We’re here for a few days while Jared attends a conference.  I hope to take a lot of pictures of Savannah!

It’s been a great vacation so far.  The boys have both had swimming lessons, though Liam’s didn’t go as well as Porter’s lessons.  Porter is swimming like a fish…he loves to go under water with his goggles!  I’m so glad he’s learning to swim at an earlier age than I did.

As proud as I am to have seen my boys in action swimming, it’s good to be with Jared in Savannah, just the two of us.  This is where we went on our honeymoon and we’re both just a little more relaxed around each other when we’re here alone, away from the daily grind and remembering what it was like to be newlyweds.  Sappy, I know…

I just haven’t felt like writing lately.  Maybe it’s because I’ve been in a good, moderately stable mood.  My MIL taught me how to crochet a cute little twirly scarf, so crocheting has been the art of choice, along with photography, this trip.

Oh, and I got my hair dyed a rusty-red color.  I told the stylist I wanted bold, and I got it.

That’s all for now, I suppose.
