I was encouraged to write a job description for myself today. I took this as an invitation to revise my mission statement.
Some of you may have seen my mission statement, also known previously on this site as my Manifesto. It was a page-long, buzz-wordy thing that described exactly who I want to be. I still want to be the things I mentioned in that page.
But, to better get my message across, I’m simplifying. So, here it is:
I am an authentic steward of empathy, creativity, and kindness.
Simple enough, no?
